🍹 Amalia’s Easy Cocktail
Makes 1 cocktail
6 oz. sparkling soda
2 teaspoons piloncillo or brown sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 to 2 oz. high quality tequila or mezcal
¼ cup ice Garnish with a lime slice or rim the glass with dried chile powder such as piquín
Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker, strain, and serve.
