I am joined by Marinda van den Broek, who recently transitioned into the role of Co-Owner of the successful restaurant Gossimijne, located in Uden, a town in the province of Noord-Brabant, Netherlands.
We mixed up one of my guest favorites – a Mojito Mocktail, fresh AND delicious – a perfect twist to a commonly known cocktail – a Mojito.
Her journey includes years of experience working as server before she made the decision to explore corporate roles across various industries.
As Marinda explains, and so many of us can relate, she was searching for where her heart was, and ultimately, she found her heart was where she began serving years before.
Marinda is now the proud Co-Owner of the successful and widely known restaurant, Gossimijne-Uden.
